Refund Policy

Action-Based Partial Refund Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the quality of our personalized program. If you participate actively, complete required assignments, and demonstrate honest execution, you are protected under our published partial refund guarantee.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To maintain academic integrity and fairness to the cohort, refund requests must satisfy verifiable objective milestones:

  • Initial Assessment: Completion of Day 1 Professional Assessment.
  • Core Assignments: Timely submission of required daily assignments through the platform.
  • Revision Compliance: Submissions needing revision must demonstrate genuine effort.
  • Check-ins: Completion of assigned daily accountability check-ins.
  • Request Window: The refund request must be submitted within 3 days following the end of your cohort’s 7-day program.

2. Evaluation Process

When a refund request is filed through the participant portal, our deterministic server-side evaluation service audits the enrollment history against the policy version in effect at the time of your enrollment.

Status designations:

  • ELIGIBLE: All criteria verified; eligible for admin processing.
  • NEEDS_REVIEW: Partial evidence or extenuating circumstances undergoing manual review.
  • INELIGIBLE: Crucial deliverables missing or submitted outside the window.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method through our payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days of decision approval.

Notice: Inactivity, voluntary abandonment of the program without submitting coursework, or failure to log in does not constitute grounds for refund eligibility.
